Payment Plan Policy: Payment plans are designed for credit card payments ONLY. You must use one credit card for ALL payment dates. A $50 charge will apply to all registrations with a payment plan. If you selected a payment plan please note that suites cannot be guaranteed, nor can lodging reservations at the primary hotel. Hotel reservations will be submitted after final payment on March 8. Special lodging requested will be based on availability at the time the reservation is submitted.
